2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who own (or have the property owner’s written permission to modify) a single-family home in Putnam, Clay, St. Johns, Flagler, or Alachua County, Florida. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Halloween “Scary Water” Giveaway begins October 4, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
Enter by completing the entry form on Sponsor’s Facebook or Instagram ad during the Entry Period. Free alternate method: call or text 386-213-2143, or email rob@aquaperformancesolutions.com, with your name, address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one under-sink reverse osmosis drinking water system with standard installation by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,295. No cash alternative. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Installation Conditions
Installation uses an existing opening in the sink or countertop (such as an unused faucet, sprayer, or soap dispenser hole). Sponsor will not drill holes in countertops or sinks.
Sponsor reserves the right to decline installation if, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, the plumbing, pipes, valves, cabinet, or other conditions under the sink are damaged, deteriorated, unsafe, non-standard, or otherwise unsuitable, or if no usable opening exists. In that case, the winner will receive the reverse osmosis system uninstalled and may have it installed by a provider of their choice at their own expense. Sponsor is not responsible for installation performed by others.
Installation must be scheduled within sixty (60) days of winner notification, or the prize will be delivered uninstalled.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone, text, or email within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Free Water Test
All entrants may request a free, no-obligation in-home water test. This offer is separate from the giveaway and does not affect the chances of winning.
9. Publicity
With the winner’s permission, Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and city on its website and social media. Photos of the winner or installation will be used only with the winner’s consent.
10. Privacy
Information collected is used to run this giveaway and to contact entrants about Sponsor’s services, including the free water test. Sponsor will not sell your information. You may ask to be removed from contact at any time by calling, texting, or emailing Sponsor.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect its fairness. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Entrants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
